Internet Issues?

Internet is included in your rent. You do not need to pay additional for internet.

 All apartments are equipped with an ethernet port but you are responsible for providing your own ethernet cable and router if you'd like to have Wi-Fi in your apartment.

The Rochdale/Fenwick maintenance crew help maintain the upkeep of the physical facilities of our apartments.

Amenities

Laundry

Laundry rooms can be found in both Rochdale (across from main office) and Fenwick (by courtyard/mailboxes). 

Washers and dryers are available in both rooms.

Washer: $0.75/cycle
Dryer: $0.50/cycle

Pay with quarters or download the PayRange app on your phone to pay for laundry!


Request for Parking 

Parking is available to Rochdale/Fenwick residents through a lottery process every semester.

Fequently Asked Questions

Office Supplies Available to Use

The Rochdale/Fenwick facility provide paint supplies such as paint rollers, white paint, sandpaper, and more. This supplies are given to residents who are completing their Home Improvement.

What is guaranteed in the kitchen? 

The BSC Rochdale/Fenwick apartment only provide a stove and refrigerator. Any other materials are purchases from residents.  

Are we allowed to nail/hang things on walls (e.g., photo frames or floating shelves) in the apartment?

Management encourages residents to hang items that are less than quarter size.

How can I get in contact with my future housemates?

Send a welcome email to your future housemates by forwarding the email to the Assistant Managers (rocam@bsc.coop + fenam@bsc.coop) . They will go ahead and contact them on your behalf.

Make sure to add your contact information so your future apartmate-mates may reach out to you!
